  • How do I view or edit my account information?
  • You can view or edit your account information under “settings”, “profile”, “account information”.
  • Can I set a Transfee account without a phone number and/ or email?
  • Transfee needs your phone number and email address to verify your account and to maintain security over any transactions you make. Therefore, you cannot set a Transfee account without your phone number and email.
  • How do I link a credit or debit card to my Transfee account?
  • If you didn’t link a credit or debit card to your Transfee account at registration, you can do so by going into “settings”, “profile”, “payment preferences”, “set up your payment” and entering the payment details. The system will verify your payment preference. Then, you are set to start sending money online.
  • What if I forgot my password and/ or username?
  • If you forgot your password and/ or username, you can click “forgot my password and/ or username” and use your email, security information, and phone number to reset your account. The steps are very simple to follow.
  • What if I changed my phone number?
  • If you plan to change the phone number associated with your account, you can do so under “settings”, “profile”, “account information”, “phone number”. You will be asked to verify your new phone number using a one-time verification code sent to your old number. Alternatively, if you don’t have the old phone number, you can change the phone number associated with your account using your email and secret question.
  • Where do I view my dashboard?
  • You can view your dashboard under “Home”, “dashboard”.

    Getting Started

  • How do I send money online?
  • Sending money online with Transfee is very simple. All you have to do is use your dashboard and register your preferred payment method with Transfee.

    Before applying for any payment, you should register a valid credit card, debit card, or bank account with Transfee. You can do this by going to “settings”, “profile”, “account information”, “payment preferences”. After selecting your card or bank details, a confirmation message and email will be send to you. Confirm your account details. Don’t worry, Transfee payments are all secured with a one-time verification code sent to your phone

  • Without Mr.Ious App Integration
  • After registering your payment preferences, you can now send money using Transfee. You can do that by going to your dashboard on your homepage. In your dashboard, you will have to select the recipient’s full name and account details. Then, you have to select the amount to be sent to the recipient. A box with the details of your recipient will appear, confirm the details and go into the next step.

    When you click next, a dialogue box will appear with the sum to be sent, interest rate, and deducted fees by Transfee (review the account details section for more information). When you click confirm, a one-time verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter the verification code in the box and hit “send payment”. The payment will be sent to your recipient. You will receive a message of confirmation of payment. The payment details will be added to your dashboard.

  • With Mr.Ious App Integration
  • It is even simpler to transfer money with our free to use Mr.Ious chat application. All you have to do is select the option “transfer money with Transfee” in the chat page. A box will appear in the chat page. In this box, you can select the amount to be send to the recipient. Confirm the transaction and go into the next step.

    If you click next, a dialogue box will appear with the sum to be sent, interest rates, and deduced fees by Transfee (review the account details section for more information). Clicking confirm will send a one-time verification code to your phone. Enter the verification code in the box and hit “send payment”. They payment will be immediately sent to your recipient. You will be able to review the sent payment in the chat box. In addition, a message will be sent to your phone. Your dashboard will be updated with the payment details that you just made, the pending interest rates, and fees incurred by Transfee.

  • How long does it take to send money?
  • If you are paying by credit card or debit card, the processing time takes 15 minutes as an average. However, if you are paying through your bank account, it may take up to four business days until payment is made. This is due to the time that banks usually take to confirm that you have available funds to pay. Receiving money is very simple. When the payment method is accepted by the sender, money will be transferred to you right away.

  • How long does it take for a loan to obtain approval?
  • The loan request depends on the loaners and their response rate.

  • How can I select loaners?
  • You can scan the list of available loaners by loan amount, country, history, and interest rates. This list will be available in the homepage.

  • Is there a limit on the amount of money I can loan, borrow, or send?
  • The maximum amount of money that you can transfer each day is …$. However, be careful not to exceed the monthly limit of ……$. If you like to exceed the daily or monthly limitations, you are asked to contact ………. and provide additional identification information including your personal ID and other required documents to insure safety and security in sending money online.

  • Where can I send money to?
  • You can send and receive money from all over the world with Transfee as long as you have internet connection, your phone, and your number.

  • Can I cancel a Transfee payment?
  • Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a Transfee payment once it is made.

  • How can I insure that money was received?
  • An email, a phone message, and a conversation message (on Mr.Ious App) will be sent to you and your client to insure that money is received by the client.

    Fees & Rates

  • What are the fees for setting up a Transfee account?
  • Setting up a Transfee account is completely free of charge. However, the application charges the following percentages for transactions:

    ……….. % of sum Loan amount exceeding ………………...
    ……….. % of sum Sending an amount between ……… and ………
    ……….. % of sum Sending an amount exceeding …………

    Before you select the “pay” or “receive” options in the App, you will be sent an invoice that includes the total loaned, borrowed, or sent sum, the interest rates and due amounts per month (set by you and the other user), and the fee percentage charged by the App from you.

  • What if I have extra questions, feedback, or suggestions?
  • If you would like to inquire about Transfee or send feedback or suggestions, then you can contact customer support on ………….. The customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Payment Information

  • What are the available payment options?
  • You can send money using your debit card, credit card, or bank account securely and safely.

  • How can I change the details of my credit card/ debit card/ bank account?
  • To change the details of your credit card, debit card, or bank account, go into “payment preferences” from “settings”, “profile”, “account information”. In this section, you will see an “edit” option. Click on edit. Here, you can edit the details of your card or bank account.

  • What is a pending payment? Can I cancel it?
  • Pending payments in Transfee consist of: (1) pending payments to be sent and (2) pending payments to be received.

    You can cancel pending or unclaimed payments by going into the “Pending Transactions” page in your dashboard. This doesn’t apply to orders that you would like to cancel.

    You will not be able to cancel complete payments. If so, you will need to directly contact the receipt or seller to request a payment refund.

    To cancel payments, go to your “Pending Transactions” page inside your dashboard. Then, click cancel next to the pending payment to cancel.

    If a pending payment hasn’t been sent within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded to you.

    Scams, Fraud, and Security

  • Why was my money transfer put on hold?
  • Transfee is concerned about safety and privacy of its users. Therefore, sometimes, money is put on hold to insure a scam-free environment for users. In these cases, the process of transferring money make take more time. However, this will guarantee the safety and privacy of users and their information.

  • Why did my money transfer get declined?
  • Transfee is concerned about customer privacy and protection. Therefore, whenever we detect any suspicious activity, the transaction will be immediately declined. In addition, if the payment does not meet our policy (review Transfee policy), international money regulations, or balance requirements (insufficient balance in your bank or cards), then payment is declined.
